This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed on the Akoasma website. It describes the functions included in this installation. Changes to hosting, plugins, forms, players or analytics require this page to be updated.

Hosting and server data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider states that its data centres are located in Germany. When the site is requested, technically necessary server data may be processed, such as IP address, time, requested resource, status code, amount of data transferred, browser and operating-system data. The purposes are delivery, stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form and email
If you use the form, we process the data you enter: enquiry type (Info or Booking), name, email address and message. We use it to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a contract. Messages are routed to info@akoasma.com or booking@akoasma.com. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The included form does not store the message text in a WordPress table. Delivery uses WordPress and the configured SMTP service. Mailboxes, SMTP logs and optional Forminator logs may retain message content and technical data according to their settings.
To protect the form against automated abuse, the application briefly processes a hash of the IP address, generated with the WordPress salt, as a rate-limit key. The IP address itself is not stored by the application; the temporary key expires after no more than 15 minutes. The hosting server may keep its own technical logs.
Professional access
Administrators can create individual WordPress accounts for labels and booking contacts with the “Akoasma Professional” role. We process username, email address, password hash, login and session data, and access expiry. The plugin provides no public registration form. The default expiry is 6 months; expired accounts are blocked but are not automatically deleted. The purpose is to provide and protect the private EPK area. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
External media
The website uses no analytics or advertising scripts and no mailing list. Social icons and the Bandcamp link are ordinary links; data is sent to the relevant platform only when you open it. The privacy policies of Spotify, Google/YouTube and Bandcamp apply on those platforms.
Security
When HTTPS/TLS is active, data transferred between the browser and the website is encrypted. After moving to ALL-INKL, check that the free certificate is active, HTTP redirects to HTTPS and no mixed content is loaded.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Contact us at info@akoasma.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
We generally respond within one month. For complex or numerous requests, the statutory extension may apply; we will inform you within the first month.
